負責金融業雲端平台的 穩定性、可用性及安全性，確保系統在 高併發、高安全需求 的環境下持續運作。此角色需結合 軟體工程 與 系統運維 能力，並推動 自動化、監控、最佳化與運維規劃 SOP，提升整體服務可靠度與合規性。
【主要職責】
1. 規劃、建置與維運企業雲端平台（涵蓋 PaaS / SaaS / Hybrid / Multi-cloud），確保高可用性與擴展性。
2. 撰寫雲端架構藍圖與標準文件，並落實治理與維運流程。
3. 協助業務單位導入雲端解決方案，提供技術評估與最佳化建議。
4. 建立 DevOps、IaC（Infrastructure as Code） 與自動化部署流程，提升交付效率與安全性。
5. 制定並執行運維規劃 SOP，涵蓋 監控、告警、容量管理、災難復原 (DR)、異常處理流程，確保服務持續性。
6. 參與內部審查與合規性設計，確保雲端平台符合 金融業法規、資安標準與內控要求。
7. 與供應商（AWS、Azure、GCP）合作，導入新技術與最佳實務。
