职位职责

Technical Requirements / 技术要求：

• Review application forms and data sheets, complete daily report workload on time and accurately, and follow up on related work in accordance with supervisor's arrangements. /

审核申请单、数据单，准时准确的完成每天的报告工作量和相关工作跟进，服从上级的工作安排。

• Provide timely, accurate, fast and professional services to customers.

向客户提供及时、准确、快速和专业的服务。

• Assist in handling customer complaints.

协助处理客户的投诉。

• Master relevant case files and technical requirements, and promptly report any issues to N+1 and the technical department.

掌握相关案卷和技术要求，发现问题及时与N+1和技术部门反映。

• Review and upload reports submitted by auditors according to specified customer requirements.

根据指定客户的要求，审阅并上传审核员提交的报告。

• Record customer feedback and comments, and promptly respond to questions regarding audit reports.

记录客户的意见及反馈，并及时回复有关审核报告的问题。

• Promptly report events related to integrity and compliance to supervisors or compliance managers.

及时向上级或廉政经理报告与廉政相关的事件。

• Timely update customer special requirement documents and notify relevant departments to update related audit files.

及时更新客户特殊要求文件，以及通知相关部门更新有关审核文件。

• Participate in customer training and meetings, and communicate customer requirements to auditors.

参与客户的培训和会议，分享传达客户要求至审核员。

• Collect error information from auditor reports.

收集审核员报告中的错误信息。

• Provide support to auditors regarding audit reports.

在审核报告方面给予审核员支持。

QHSE Requirements / QHSE要求：

1、Comply with the company's internal quality system and HSE requirements.

遵守公司内部质量体系和HSE要求

2、Comply with BV CPS quality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualification

职位要求

1、Priority given to candidates with majors in textile engineering, light chemical engineering, dyeing and finishing, business English, international trade, or related fields; Associate degree or above; English proficiency level 4 or above.

纺织工程/轻化工程/染整/商务英语/国际贸易等相关专业优先，大专及以上学历，英语四级及以上；

2、Proficient in office software; strong learning ability and sense of responsibility; good teamwork spirit.

熟练使用办公软件，有较强的学习能力和责任心，有良好的团队合作精神；

3、Priority given to candidates with relevant experience in textile product testing or apparel export follow-up work; familiarity with relevant testing standards, regulations and requirements is preferred.

有纺织品检测相关工作经验或者服装外贸跟单工作经验者优先；熟悉相关测试标准、规定和要求优先。

4、Certain communication skills; good at analysis, problem-solving and process improvement; proficient in computer operations such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

有一定沟通能力，擅长分析、解决问题、过程改进；熟练Excel，Word，ppt等计算机操作。

5、Honest and trustworthy; high sense of responsibility.
