. 协助服务代表对用户的维保需求进行确认;
. 协助服务代表进行用户关系的维护,保证每位用户都能得到专业而有温度的售后服务;
. 协助服务代表做好售后服务中心的协调管理;
. 跨部门沟通及协调,并在必要情况下协调服务资源。职位要求. 大专及以上学历;
. 熟练操作Microsoft办公软件;
. 持C1及以上驾照;
. 良好的沟通与组织协调能力,优秀的服务意识和良好的抗压能力;
