Job Description

后端开发专家（辅助驾驶数据平台方向）上海、北京、苏州全职智能制造 / 工业互联网 / 工业自动化职位描述负责辅助驾驶数据平台后端核心服务的架构设计、编码实现与持续优化，保障平台稳定、高效、可扩展；
深入理解业务需求，与算法、车端、前端、产品等多团队高效协同，推动功能快速迭代与落地；
主导或参与关键技术方案选型、性能调优、重构及技术难题攻关，持续提升平台可靠性与研发效率；
关注行业前沿技术，推动云原生、智能化工具链等创新方案在数据平台中的落地应用。职位要求本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化等相关专业优先；
3 年及以上后端开发经验，有辅助驾驶、车联网、大数据平台背景者优先；
精通 Go 或 Python，熟悉 Gin/FastAPI、gRPC、Celery、Kafka、Redis、MySQL/PostgreSQL、ClickHouse、MinIO 等常用组件，具备扎实代码功底与良好编码规范；
熟悉分布式系统原理，掌握微服务架构、消息队列、缓存、分库分表、负载均衡、熔断限流等核心技术，有高并发、高可用系统落地经验；
熟悉 Linux 操作系统原理，熟练掌握 Docker、Kubernetes、CI/CD、Prometheus/Grafana 等云原生技术栈；
具备良好的数据结构与算法基础，能针对复杂业务场景进行性能调优与资源成本控制；
具备优秀的分析解决问题能力、沟通协作能力与自我驱动力，能在快节奏、跨职能环境中快速推进项目；
加分项：有 LLM、VLM、VLA 等大模型业务落地经验，能将大模型能力融入数据平台者优先。投递
