Job Description

岗位职责
1. 统筹5-10人客服小组日常管理、任务分配与绩效管控,保障团队高效运转
2. 制定客服服务规范、话术与流程,优化理化测试、安规认证、EMC测试等检测认证业务流程
3. 组织团队专业培训,覆盖检测知识、沟通技巧、投诉处理、系统操作,提升团队能力
4. 监控满意度、响应时效、解决率等KPI,定期复盘并落地改进方案
5. 负责团队考核、激励与人才梯队建设,处理内部管理问题
6. 对接核心客户,协调实验室、工程、销售等跨部门资源,推进检测认证项目交付,解决执行异常
7. 针对检测争议、周期延误等问题制定方案并闭环跟进
8. 维护客户关系,回访收集需求,整理客户档案与服务数据,输出业务分析报告。

任职要求
1. 大专及以上,营销、检测认证、理化/电子/机械等相关专业优先
2. 5年以上检测认证客服经验,2年以上带组管理经验,有独立带队达标案例
3. 精通Office,熟练Excel数据分析、PPT汇报制作,掌握CRM系统
4. 精通检测认证全流程,熟悉理化/安规/EMC等业务标准
5. 具备客户管理、投诉处理、绩效管控能力,跨部门协同高效
6. 抗压执行强,沟通逻辑佳,合规意识强,无重大服务过失
7. 外资/头部检测机构经验优先,英语CET-6/TEM-4及以上,可独立对接海外客户
