【工作內容】
1.團體保險售後服務行政業務、團險及旅平險契約核保業務
2.團險保單售後服務業務 (被保險人加退保、保全作業及保費帳務等之處理)
3.提供業務同仁及保戶諮詢服務，協調解決客戶問題
【資格條件】
1.大學畢業(含)以上(相關科系尤佳如保險、財金)
2.具保險金融相關經驗尤佳
3.具保險業相關證照/資格尤佳。
4.熟國台語、英語尤佳
5.具良好溝通協調能力、合作精神佳
6.抗壓性良好，能應付大量作業或突發狀況
7.邏輯清晰、細心度高、具持續學習能力
