【工作內容】
1.保服案件審核或相關文件開立，執行保服作業如保單解約借款、復效..等契約變更審查，確保作業品質與時效。
2.運用數位工具提升服務效率與客戶體驗，協助推動數位化工具提升作業流暢度。
3.電話接聽查詢與解說及申訴案件處理。
4.其他主管交辦事項
【資格條件】
1.大學畢業(含)以上(相關科系尤佳如保險、財金)
2.具保服相關作業經驗尤佳
3.具保險業相關證照/資格尤佳。
4.熟國台語、英語尤佳
5.具良好溝通協調能力、合作精神佳
6.抗壓性良好，能應付大量作業或突發狀況
7.邏輯清晰、細心度高、具持續學習能力
