工作內容：
(1)公司自有不動產租賃，包含辦公室、店鋪、商場及物流倉儲業務推展及執行、管理及租金催收等相關事宜
(2)客戶及仲介關係維繫
(3)租賃合約洽談及簽訂
(4)大樓物業管理、年度預算編定及控管、大樓修繕工程等相關事務
(5)控管經辦大樓出租及收益率
(6)不動產市場調查及分析
資格條件:
1.具備租賃合約洽談及簽訂經驗5年以上
2.大樓物業管理及大樓修繕工程等相關事務經驗5年以上
Education – Degree / Field of Study
學士/Bachelor Degree︰ 地政系、 學士/Bachelor Degree︰ 法律系、 學士/Bachelor Degree︰ 商學、 學士/Bachelor Degree︰ 經濟系
Work Shift
正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
