自动驾驶测试工程师（传感器）广州全职测试板块职位描述岗位职责
1、测试规划与用例设计：
根据产品需求和系统规格，编写测试计划、测试大纲及详细测试用例，维护测试用例库；
针对毫米波雷达（24GHz/77GHz）、摄像头等传感器，制定功能测试、性能测试及极限边界场景的验证方案；
2、传感器专项测试：
毫米波雷达方向：负责雷达基本性能测试（距离、角度、速度检测）、天线测试及实车场景验证；随车验证毫米波雷达的具体工作场景及辅助驾驶功能，分析测试中的异常
摄像头方向：负责车载相机图像质量评测，包括分辨率、色彩还原、对比度、白平衡、噪声、动态范围等核心指标；搭建测试环境，执行样张拍摄与图像采集：
3、实车路测与系统联调：
执行ADAS系统（AEB/LKA/LDW/BSW/RCTA等）的整车测试工作，覆盖功能逻辑、性能指标及极限边界场景的全面验证；
主导多传感器融合测试与故障排查，支持传感器标定、实时数据采集及系统联调作业；
4、测试环境搭建与维护：
搭建和维护测试平台（含HIL台架测试、实车路测环境等），支持传感器标定及数据采集；
录制实车与台架测试过程数据，完成数据上传、归档与版本控制，输出问题根因分析文档；
5、缺陷分析与问题跟踪
对测试中发现的问题进行详细分析和准确定位，与开发团队讨论缺陷解决方案，推动问题闭环；
输出测试报告与风险评估，为产品量产放行提供决策依据；
6、标准跟踪与合规测试（高级岗位）
跟踪ADAS/AD行业标准（如ISO 26262、ISO 21448等），研究测试方法，支持产品通过市场准入审查。职位要求任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、车辆工程、通信工程、电子电气、自动化、测控技术与仪器等相关专业；
2、1年以上车载电子产品、ADAS或算法验证相关测试经验；
3、具备良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作精神；
4、拥有C1及以上驾照，驾驶技能熟练；
5、具备较强的学习能力和抗压能力。投递
