Job Description

媒介策略北京全职品牌营销类职位描述1. 行业研究:建立竞品媒介投放信息库,定期完成竞品案例分析和年度行业媒介趋势洞察。
2. 媒介组合研究:搭建科学的媒介组合研究体系,科学评估媒介价值,输出不同媒介组合形式的效果分析,根据品牌年度传播目标和媒介需求,支持品牌年度媒介选择和预算分配的制定。
3. 投放策略优化:搭建核心媒介(如户外/综艺/大剧等)在投前、投中、投后全链路的策略验证与效果评估体系,与品牌部门共创投放方法论。
4. 内容优化:持续完善创意内容的测试体系,提高测试科学性与准确性,淘汰低质内容并输出内容优化建议,沉淀内容策略原则。 职位要求1. 本科以上学历,传播、广告、市场营销领域专业优先;
2. 5年以上品牌营销/数字营销/媒介策略相关岗位经历,有快消行业或媒介咨询行业经历优先;
3. 主导或参与过完整的品牌媒介策略规划与落地;
4. 了解媒介和媒体行业,具有敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力,具有战略思维逻辑;
5. 责任心强,积极主动,善于思考,内外部沟通协调能力强; 投递
