【工作內容】
1.負責公司同仁 IT 問題的一線支援(硬體/軟體/帳號/網路),包含到場與遠端排除(電話、Teams、Remote)。
2.Windows / macOS 基本操作支援:系統設定、軟體安裝/更新、常見錯誤排除、效能基本檢查。
3.辦公室設備與周邊支援:印表機、掃描器、視訊會議設備(Teams/Zoom)、門禁或簡易設備異常初步排除與回報。
4.帳號與權限申請/異動:AD/AAD、Email、VPN、共享資料夾、群組權限等,依內控流程執行與留存紀錄。
5.新人到職/離職 IT 作業:電腦與資產交付、帳號開通/停用、權限回收、設備回收與檢點。
6.處理工單系統(Ticketing):接單、分級、追蹤、回覆 SLA。
7.基礎資產管理:電腦/螢幕/配件盤點、標籤與借用管理,協助採購需求彙整與維護庫存。
8.撰寫與維護支援文件(FAQ、操作手冊、故障排除指引、SOP),提升自助解決率與知識傳承。
9.配合公司資安與內控要求,落實端點基本控管(防毒/更新)、帳號使用規範宣導與事件回報。
10.根據端點防護警示,做出相應處理。
11.具備硬體拆裝與基礎維修能力(RAM/SSD 更換、BIOS 設定、週邊故障判斷)。
【擅長工具】
1.作業系統與端點支援:
Windows 、macOS
Microsoft 365(Outlook/Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint)
基本軟體部署與更新(含常用工具/瀏覽器/Office 外掛)
2.帳號與裝置管理(擇一或多項):
Active Directory / Azure AD(Entra ID)
Intune / SCCM / Jamf(若有 mac 管理)
3.端點防護(XDR / 其他 EDR)
【工作技能】
1.具 1–2年以上 Help Desk / IT Support / MIS/硬體維修 一線支援經驗,熟悉日常使用者支援流程與工單處理。
2.熟悉 Windows 基本維護與故障排除(帳號、網路、印表、常用軟體、權限與設定)。
3.具備 Microsoft 365 使用與基本管理概念(帳號、授權、Teams/OneDrive 常見問題)。
4.了解基本網路概念(TCP/IP、Wi-Fi、VPN、DNS 概念),可判斷是端點/網路/系統問題並正確升級。
5.具備良好溝通能力與服務意識,能以非技術語言協助同仁排除問題並降低焦慮。
6.能撰寫清楚的故障處理紀錄與 SOP,願意累積知識庫提升效率。
【加分條件】
1.具備基礎腳本能力(PowerShell / Batch / Shell / Python 任一)者佳,可協助簡易自動化(批次安裝、資訊蒐集)。
2.熟悉百加資訊BPM系統。
3.具備資安基本概念(端點更新、防毒、釣魚信通報流程)並能配合稽核與內控留存。
