Job Description

客服ShenzhenFull-timeResponsibilities1、 根据运营目标和计划,负责公司移动互联网产品APP(HelloTalk)客服+社区维护工作;
2、 通过应用中心、邮件回复等方式处理用户投诉、用户不当使用等问题;
3、 负责公司APP(HelloTalk)产品的用户使用数据收集、处理、分析工作,定期形成业务报告,提供业务发展建议;
4、 根据用户使用及投诉情况,协助撰写相关改进方案。
Qualifications1、 大专及以上学历,语言类相关专业,英语客服需达到大学英语四级同等读写水平,小语种客服英语等级不做要求;
2、 有良好的沟通能力及服务意识;
3、 强烈的责任心和团队协作精神,愿意接受挑战性的工作,能够及时高效完成任务;
4、 熟悉移动互联网行业规则,熟悉应用类产品用户使用习惯,拥有一定的产品运营数据分析能力;
5、 具备良较好的逻辑思维与分析能力,以及善于创新的思维方向;
6、 有客服经验者优先。 Apply
