结合业务销售节奏，以培养和发展为目标，为BDD/BDM提供专业技能培训课程，打造高绩效团队
任职要求
大学本科以上学历
3年以上保险或银行工作经验，有培训、高净值客户保险营销或管理相关经验优先考虑
沟通协调能力强，表达能力、商务演示能力佳
