業務管理-個人金融/Retail Banking (Job Family)
*工作職責：監控分析人員。
負責金融業務相關監控報表之檢核、異常分析，及提出具體洞察與改善建議。 針對異常案件，獨立進行調查、訪談與資料彙整。 撰寫分析／調查報告及簡報，配合主管需求。
*需求條件說明：
工作經驗2年以上。 熟悉資料處理與分析，具Excel 進階應用能力（如函數、樞紐分析、資料比對）。 能獨立執行調查作業、訪談、報告撰寫及簡報說明。
具良好溝通協調能力、責任感與高度自我管理能力，保密意識高，具法律或法務背景者尤佳。
