Job Description

售后管理成都职能族群集团总部招聘职位描述1、参与售后、客诉体系和系统、服务标准的搭建与优化;
2、优化售后、客诉工单流程与处理方法,提升团队服务效率与质量;
3、参与售后团队匹配集团与供应链售后项目,推动给售后与客诉项目的落地;
4、协同品控、采购开发、采购履约、物流等部门,推动售后问题根源解决,提升产品质量管理与改善;
5、统筹处理售后、客诉等售后工作,把控重大客诉及售后处理进度与结果,提升工单处理效率与客户满意度;
6、分析售后数据(工单完结率、工单及时率、满意度等),输出售后报告及改进方案并追踪落地;
7、参与制定售后相关培训方案
职位要求职位要求
1、本科及以上学历,3年及以上售后/客服工作经验,连锁/餐饮行业经验优先;
2、熟悉售后、客服系统、处理逻辑,具备售后、客服全流程管理、体系和系统搭建经验优先;
3、具备参与售后项目和客服项目推进、落地经验;
4、具备优秀的沟通协调与问题解决能力,快速处理突发售后、客诉与团队问题;
5、责任心强、结果导向,数据敏感,分析能力强; 投递
