保險新業務開發 - 通路業務/Insurance Business Development - Intermediary Sales Channel

工作內容：
1.通路服務：協助經代通路業務人員業務推廣、新契約問題即時諮詢回覆、業務聯繫服務工作。
2.教育訓練：負責經代通路晨、夕會及商品、銷售技巧實務訓練….等專班。
3.行政協助：協助銷售人員處理行政事務，例如：新契約照會、保全事務、保險各項規範行政作業說明及宣導…等。
4.業務輔銷: 公司各項行銷專案的運作及推動, 經代業務行銷的支援協助及輔導。
5.活動經營：參與、協助支援通路所舉辦各類活動如客說會、年度表揚大會、開幕活動、尾牙春酒等。
條件要求：
教育程度/科系：大學以上
工作經驗：3年以上。
其他工作條件限制：
1.具壽險經驗及相關證照者尤佳。
2.具熱忱 、態度積極。
3.溝通能力佳、抗壓性強、喜好面對人群
