1.คุณสบัติของผู้มีสิทธิ์สมัคร
1.1 เป็นผู้ที่มีคุณสมบัติถูกต้องตามความในข้อ 9 แห่งข้อบังคับมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ว่าด้วยงานบริหารงาน บุคคล พ.ศ.2565
1.2 ไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องที่พักอาศัยและสามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกเวลาราชการได้
1.3 หากเป็นชายต้องเป็นผู้ที่ผ่านเกณฑ์ทหาร หรือ ได้รับการยกเว้นการเป็นทหาร
1.4 มีวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบได้ไม่ต่ำกว่านี้ ทางสาขาวิชานิเทศศาสตร์ สื่อสารมวลชน วารสารศาสตร์ ศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต อักษรศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด การจัดการ การบริหาร ศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ สถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ การออกแบบ เวชนิทัศน์ รัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ สารสนเทศศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (จะต้องสำเร็จการศึกษาภายในวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2569)
1.5 มีความสามารถในการพัฒนาแผน สำรวจ ทำการตลาด และการประชาสัมพันธ์
1.6 มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และความยืดหยุ่น ในการทำงาน
1.7 มีความรู้ความสามารถด้านการบริหารจัดการโครงการ การประสานความร่วมมือหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
1.8 มีทักษะการสื่อสารและความสามารถในการเล่าเรื่อง (Story telling) เป็นอย่างดี
1.9 มีความสามารถด้าน Digital marketing ทั้งการวางแผน และการจัดการสื่อสังคมออนไลน์
1.10 มีความสามารถในการ ใช้เทคโนโลยี เช่น Generative AI ในการตลาด และประชาสัมพันธ์
1.11 สามารถประสานงานและทำงานเป็นทีมได้เป็นอย่างดี
1.12 สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อสื่อสารในการปฏิบัติงานได้
1.13 มีความรู้และทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial Intelligence: AI) เพื่อนำมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานในหน้าที่
2.วิธีการคัดเลือก
2.1. สอบภาคข้อเขียน 100 แนน
2.2. สอบภาคปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ 100 คะแนน
2.3. สอบภาคความเหมาะสมกับตำแหน่ง (สัมภาษณ์) 100 คะแนน

Khon Kaen University (KKU) is the oldest and largest institution of higher learning in Northeast Thailand (Isan), established in 1964 as part of a national plan to decentralize education.
