Job Description

质检员（结构件）ZhongshanIntelligent manufacturing / Industrial Internet / Industrial automationHigh school or above3-5 yearsResponsibilities负责对来料、加工过程及成品进行品质检验及管控，按质按量完成相关质检工作。
岗位职责：
1、负责监控结构类产品质量，涉及来料、加工过程及成品等环节检验；
2、依据图纸、相关标准规范对结构类物料（压铸、注塑、CNC、钣金等）检验，报告记录、数据核对、ERP判定、标识等管理；
3、负责机加车间的日常质检管控工作，包括首检、巡检、成品检验、工艺纪律执行监督等；
4、发现和反馈品质异常，及时报告异常信息；对不合格物料记录、标识及隔离处理、跟踪闭环改善；
5、负责填写相关表单和相关报告，整理、保存检验相关文件；
6、对检验数据汇总、统计分析，输出报告，总结产品质量并推动相关部门及时解决；
7、负责日常5S工作，对仪器、量检具、工具等日常维护、保证其准确度和正常状态；
8、在产品质量控制方面，参与公司质量改进的验证工作，同其他相关部门协同处理；
9、完成上级交代的其他任务。Qualifications1、中专及以上学历，机械等工科类专业，三年以上精密五金件品质检验经验；
2、能熟练阅读结构零件图纸，了解结构件加工工艺，懂得尺寸标注的基本含义，有绘制2D图纸经验尤佳；
3、能熟练使用各种常用量具，如卡尺、高度尺、内外径千分尺、影像二次元、三坐标（优先录取）等，有丰富的检测经验，尤其是对精密件；
4、了解产品生产工艺流程，了解ISO9001质量体系，熟悉相关产品品质管理流程与操作方法；
5、熟悉QC流程制度，熟悉QC工作流程和关键点，了解质量手法和工具尤佳
6、熟悉常用的Office办公软件，及ERP、QMS、MES等相关质量系统；
