具身智能算法实习生（模仿学习）ShanghaiIntelligent manufacturing / Industrial Internet / Industrial automationResponsibilities岗位概述：协助机器人操作算法开发的调试、测试、验证、Demo复现及迁移等工作
岗位职责：
1. 协助具身智能相关算法的开发与优化，涉及的问题包括但不限于：机器人技能学习与操作、模仿学习、物体抓取、模型部署等；
2. 协助硬件接口的测试与优化，涉及的硬件包括但不限于机械臂、二指夹爪、灵巧手等；
3. 协助AI相关工具的开发与优化，包括但不限于数据处理及自动化标注工具开发等;
4. 协助文档撰写和benchmark建立。Qualifications1. 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；
2. 熟悉 Linux 操作系统，熟悉 C++ 及 Python/Bash 开发，有扎实的编程功底；
3. 熟悉 PyTorch 等深度学习框架的使用；
4. 了解以下计算机视觉与机器人相关算法领域之一：机器人技能学习与操作，模仿学习，物体抓取，模型部署，多模态大模型，视觉大模型等等；
5. 熟悉相关研究领域的最新研究成果，公开数据集及开源系统；
6. 有良好的交流沟通能力和工作态度，及英文阅读能力。
加分项：
1. 有模仿学习算法部署经验，如 ACT、Diffsuion Policy、pi0 等；
2. 有物体抓取算法部署经验，如 AnyGrasp 等；
3. 熟悉模型部署算子实现，熟悉 CUDA/Triton/TVM/Warp/Jax 等框架；
4. 熟悉常用机器人物理引擎及仿真工具，如 PyBullet，IsaacGym，Mujoco，IsaacSim 等。Job Information Department： AI Platform Development Apply
