Job Description

售后运营资深经理(售后商业化方向)广州全职营销服板块职位描述岗位职责:
1. 负责新能源汽车售后商业化整体业务规划与落地执行,包括售后增值服务、精品销售、延保产品、维保套餐、车主社群商业化等全品类售后商业项目的运营管理。
2. 调研新能源汽车车主消费需求与市场竞品售后商业化模式,结合品牌售后体系特点,制定针对性的商业化产品推广方案、营销活动策划与执行策略。
3. 对接各线下售后门店,统筹售后商业化业务的培训、督导与赋能,指导门店落地商业化项目,提升门店商业化运营能力与业绩达成率。
4. 负责售后商业化业务数据监控与分析,包括营收、毛利、转化率等核心指标,定期出具数据分析报告,针对性优化运营策略,解决业务推进中的问题。
5. 结合新能源汽车特性(如三电系统维修、电池养护、智能座舱服务等),探索集团新业务(机器人、飞行汽车等)的商业化融合,创新售后商业化产品与服务模式,打造差异化售后商业服务体系,提升客户粘性与品牌口碑。
6. 协同售后客服、技术、备件等部门,打通售后全流程服务链路,保障商业化业务与基础售后服务无缝衔接,提升客户整体服务体验。
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,市场营销、汽车工程或相关专业优先。
2. 5年及以上汽车行业售后管理工作经验,其中,3年及以上主机厂或大型汽车经销商集团售后经营经验,有新能源汽车售后商业化、售后增值业务运营、汽车精品/延保销售管理经验者优先;有传统豪华品牌/新势力车企售后商业化工作经历优先。
3. 有独立开发并成功落地运营的项目案例及业务操盘经验,了解多种类型的车主用车习惯,对汽车服务行业发展趋势有符合规律的见解。
4. 能熟练搭建业务分析看板,具备优秀的数据分析能力,能通过数据洞察业务问题,制定优化方案。
