About the Role

岗位职责：
1、掌握监管动态和政策方向，构建与监管机构的双向良好沟通渠道，协助总经理及职能部门与监管部门建立良好的工作关系，为渠道和职能部门提供对外事务方面的专业支持，为公司业务拓展寻求必要的监管指引和突破；
2、负责处理监管来文，完整准确地分析和解读文件要求，根据来文具体专业方向转达给相关专业部门作进一步的精确解析和评估，确保上传下达、切实执行和良好追踪反馈，为管理层的决策和公司的贯彻执行提供必要的协助；
3、负责审核修正向监管机构的行文格式及规范，按时完成并报送各类监管报告、请示与函件，报送的材料需符合要求，内容详尽完整，文书体例需符合公司规范，确保质量；
4、负责统筹处理公司各类行政许可事项，包括但不限于各级机构的设立、变更与撤销等，确保各类行政审批事项得到及时受理与批复；
5、负责统筹协调全省监管事务，与各城市机构的监管事务联络人紧密沟通，专业指导，支持落实各级监管机构的监管要求；
6、主要负责人与监管公务活动的管理协调；
7、完成上级主管指派的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，7年及以上工作经验，具备对外事务相关工作经验；
2、出色的文案书写能力，优秀的分析、理解能力，能够针对不同的沟通对象进行清晰的，令人信服的沟通；
3、有较强的抗压力，能在快速变化、充满活力、结果导向的环境中工作 ；
4、成熟的人际交往能力，良好的团队精神，落地实干，能够承担有压力的工作，能够适应省内出差。
