【发行】海外营销(东南亚)上海互联网 / 电子 / 网游发行岗位职位描述1、主导MOBA游戏重点版本东南亚(细分国家市场)整合营销,通过数据驱动本地化策略实现用户增长与版本更新目标。
2、转化全球方案为区域定制计划,操盘线上(TikTok/FB/IG/Youtube+KOL)及线下(赛事/活动)整合营销。
3、协同全球品牌、运营、社区、区域团队,协调游戏内容与资源,对DAU/新增用户目标负责。职位要求1、3年+游戏营销经验,具有海外成功案例及实项目经验,操盘过线上线下整合项目/用数据优化ROI-CTR-参与度/处理舆情危机。
2、了解海外游戏生态(社媒玩法/MOBA玩家/赛事)。
3、工作风格上目标导向强、拥有良好的跨团队推动力、创新试错韧性。
