Required Qualifications:

  • 生命保険会社における保険金・給付金の支払査定業務3年以上の実務経験
  • 保険約款・契約内容を理解し、支払可否の判断ができる方が望ましい
  • 電話による顧客対応のスキル
  • 自主的に問題解決の提案・実行・解決ができる方が望ましい
  • PC/Officeの基本的なスキル

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 日常会話程度の英語力があれば尚可
