Job Description

客户经理深圳全职运营类本科及以上职位描述岗位职责:
1.负责区域销售/交付/服务门店的整体满意度管理,且不限于满意度调研,客诉抱怨管理,用户体验服务明检暗访等各项指标追踪与应用。
2.运营管理:负责区域销售/交付/服务各业务模块服务满意度管理定期数据报告分享与组织区域定期会议。
3.门店提升:负责区域销售/交付/服务满意度指标落后门店赋能提升(非TOP城市),持续宣导商务政策细则与标准化客户服务体系。
职位要求任职要求:
1.全日制本科及以上学历;
2.5年以上汽车行业用户体验/服务满意度管理/一线门店管理相关岗位经验优先;
3.有相关豪华以及新能源汽车品牌用户满意度、客诉处理相关管理工作经历。
4.具有较强的沟通能力、数据分析能力、跨部门协同推动问题解决与C端客诉沟通应对能力。 投递
