Job Description

广告优化师(运营一部)上海全职文娱 / 广告 / 媒体 / 艺术职位描述​岗位核心目标:​​
主要负责平台电商客户(如阿里、京东)在字节、腾讯、快手等媒体的广告投放,通过控制投放成本、提升ROI,帮助客户实现盈利性增长。
​工作内容:​​
1、​广告投放:​​ 独立操作信息流广告账户,完成策略制定、投放优化与数据分析。
2、​效果优化:​​ 深度把控CPA/CPS等效果广告的投放成本与核心指标,确保达成ROI目标。
​3、选品与素材:​​ 参与电商选品,策划广告创意,并推动设计团队完成素材制作。
​4、客户沟通:​​ 与客户密切沟通,理解需求,提供专业的投放建议与方案,解决客户的问题。
5、内部协同:​​ 具备良好的团队协作精神,能积极与销售、设计等内部团队紧密配合,共同保障项目顺利推进。职位要求1、本科以上学历,2年以上相关工作经验。
2、熟悉字节、腾讯、快手等主流媒体的广告产品和投放操作。
3、拥有电商行业客户CPA/CPS模式的实际投放经验,深刻理解其盈利逻辑。
4、具备市场信息收集能力,了解行业动态。
5、良好的自驱力,善于跨部门协作,并能清晰、专业地与客户进行有效沟通,具备出色的问题解决能力。 投递
