岗位使命:作为医疗渠道的策略设计者与整合者,搭建公司级医疗渠道策略体系与商业规则,整合跨品类医疗渠道资源,推动全产品线医疗渠道解决方案落地,支撑医疗属性的核心业务与新业务增长。为全渠道策略负责人提供医疗渠道相关的专业判断输入与决策支持材料(不承担一线执行职责) 沉淀医疗渠道策略接口的框架、口径与模板,提高跨团队协同效率与一致性 , 跟踪医疗渠道策略落地效果,复盘并优化医疗渠道合作模式、服务商赋能体系,确保渠道合规且可持续增长
