(中科)廠區公共工程師
【工作內容】
作為華邦的(中科)廠區公共工程師，你將根據法規制定工安相關作業程序與準則並進行風險管理，協助公司成為永續發展之綠色企業。工作內容包含：
1. 辦公區及公共區空調、照明、機電、消防、給排水設施維護。
2. 辦公區及公共區營繕內裝維護。
3. 室內外景觀、植栽、澆灌工程維護管理。
4. 導入數位管理工具，提升工程品質。
5. 推動 ESG相關節能減碳措施、工程優化專案。

科系要求：電機電子工程相關 │ 機械工程相關 │
相關經驗：3年以上
語言能力：英文 中級

其他條件：
1. 具備以下其中一項證照，室內配線乙級／丙級技術士、配電線路乙級／丙級技術士、工業配線相關技術士。
2. 熟Office軟體運用、諳CAD編修。
3. 至少 3 年(含)以上科技廠機電維護經驗。
