【工作內容】
1.帶領商業數據分析團隊，推動個金業務策略分析、機器學習模型建置、名單管理、報表製作及經營機會探詢，協助公司以數據驅動業務成長。
2.具消費金融業務、客戶數位行為研究分析經驗，與行銷、產品、資訊等部門協作，推動數據分析專案落地。
3.具團隊管理與人才培育經驗，帶領並指導分析團隊提升專案執行力與技術能力，制定工作計畫、分配任務，確保團隊績效達成。
【資格條件】
．工作經歷要求：10年以上工作經驗
．學歷要求：碩士, 大學
．科系要求：資工、資訊、資管、數學、統計由佳
．語文條件：不拘

【其他條件】
1.10年以上銀行個人金融經驗。
2.8年以上數據分析相關經驗。
3.精通SQL、Python、R、BI（Tableau/Power BI/GD）等知識工具，具備模型建置能力，熟悉大數據平台（如 Hadoop/Teradata/BigQuery）
