Job Description

用户投诉管理北京校招正式服务类2026届春季校招计划职位描述1.整理收集小米海外不同客服站点和渠道的投诉专员反馈的客诉问题,进行分类整理,按不同维度做分析报表。
2.跟踪监督投诉处理流程的闭环,跟踪整理没有闭环的客诉问题,分析没有闭环的原因,督促站点闭环
3.负责海外站点投诉处理及各个相关部门的协作沟通,判断投诉风险及时升级,降低投诉事件对公司的负面影响;
4.定期对投诉情况进行分析总结,梳理投诉案例中的相关问题点,评估投诉风险点,定期跟进、及时升级、提出改善建议职位要求1、本科及以上学历,具有英文沟通能力和项目管理能力
2、较强的沟通组织协调能力和统筹能力
3、对数据有敏感性,善于发现和总结问题 投递
