工作內容
1. 接聽客戶服務專線，妥善處理客戶反應之問題與意見 。
2. 接聽客戶查詢、異動、申請電話、客戶諮詢服務 。
3. 教導及協助客戶使用產品、問題排除及交換意見 。

【其他條件】
1. 專科、大學(含)以上畢業，不限科系，歡迎無經驗者或應屆畢業生
2. 具銀行行員、客服或服務業客服經驗尤佳
