Your Role:

Medical Alliance Project Operationsâ

Lead the planning, execution, and closed-loop management of medical alliance projects, ensuring alignment with BU strategies.
Establish standardized operational mechanisms, monitor key metrics, and optimize processes continuously.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Strategy Implementationâ

Serve as a key liaison to integrate resources and drive project execution with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and other internal stakeholders.
Participate in developing regional MCM strategies and promote localized adoption of digital tools (e.g., dedicated medical alliance platforms).

Innovative Channel Explorationâ

Identify and leverage emerging channels (e.g., social media, digital healthcare) to create differentiated engagement pathways.
Design integrated communication plans based on patient journey insights and healthcare scenarios.

Efficiency Enhancement & Data Analysisâ

Generate data-driven insights to deliver regular operational reviews and strategic recommendations.
Track and analyze project results, optimize strategies, and prepare detailed reports to establish clear, results-oriented objectives and implementation plans.
Manage external vendors to maximize resource utilization and business outcomes.

Market & Customer Analysis

Analyze customer needs, current market trends and competitorsâ initiatives.
Collect and benchmark key players' performance/practices in field and generate new promotional ideas and recommendations.

Who You Are:

Bachelorâs Degree, business majors preferred.
3+ years of relevant working experience. Multi-Channel Marketing and background in Pharma MNC are preferred.
Experience working with diverse teams in a cross-functional environment.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Central or regional product/project management experience
Creative marketing mindset â a sense of innovation, with a cooperative, proactive, and dynamic personality.
Appetite for new technologies (digital, mobile, big data, AI, etc.).
A demonstrated willingness to have a tangible impact by leading projects from inception to completion.
