Job Description

岗位职责

  • 负责中央空调主机设备和末端设备相关产品与解决方案在大客户及项目型客户中的销售工作
  • 聚焦重点行业大客户,进行客户关系维护及长期合作拓展。
  • 深度参与项目前期跟进,包括客户需求挖掘、技术方案沟通、投标支持、商务谈判及合同签订。
  • 协同内部技术、方案、工程及售后团队,为客户提供专业的整体解决方案,推动项目顺利落地。
  • 负责销售目标达成,对项目进度、回款情况及客户满意度负责。
  • 持续跟踪行业市场动态、竞争对手情况及客户需求变化,及时调整销售策略并向管理层反馈。
  • 维护并提升公司品牌在重点客户及行业内的影响力。

任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历,暖通、制冷、机电、自动化、工程管理或相关专业优先。
  • 5年以上空调 / 暖通 / 机电相关行业销售经验
  • 熟悉商用空调、中央空调或暖通系统的产品、应用场景及基本技术原理,能够与客户进行专业层面的沟通。
  • 具备良好的跨部门协作能力,能协调技术、工程、采购等团队共同推进项目。
  • 结果导向,抗压能力强,适应一定频率的客户拜访和出差。
