1. 提供客戶銀行相關服務，維護並深耕分行客戶往來關係，提升客戶滿意度。
2. 分行作業品質提升及管理，內外部作業風險管控。
3. 分行協銷提升及管理。
4. 督導分行櫃員，確保員工了解並遵守規範執行業務
【需求條件】
1.信託證照且已登錄信託公會
2.投信投顧法規或可取代此張證照者
3.證券營業員或可取代此張證照者
4.外匯證照或外匯資歷認證
5.內稽內控
6.結構型商品/衍生性金融商品
7.人身保險
8.投資型保險
9.外幣收付非投資型保險
