工作內容：
1. 接聽0800電話服務專線，提供客戶電話諮詢及保單服務
2. 處理來電業代保單行政諮詢、疑難問題解釋
3. 處理來電客戶各項保單服務項目(客服人員線上授權項目)
資格條件：
1.需配合輪班制度(提供優渥輪班津貼)
2.具溝通協調及電腦文書作業能力
3.具保險核保,理賠,客服人員相關工作經驗者尤佳
