用户市场负责人北京全职运营 - 用户运营职位描述岗位职责:
1.负责用户增长策略的设计与实施，线上全渠道营销运营，在社媒/垂媒/私域开展拉新、投放、运营活动，统筹全国终端门店活动，对线上线下线索量及转化负责；
2.监控和分析用户增长数据，根据市场趋势优化增长策略，负责用户增长过程的各类成本控制和预算管理，确保运营效益；
3.与产品、技术、市场、品牌等部门紧密合作，共同推动用户增长目标的实现；
4.处理运营过程中各类突发情况和问题，确保运营的稳定性。职位要求任职要求：
