Job Description

销售培训经理/资深经理(广州)广州全职营销服板块职位描述一、区域培训体系搭建与优化
1. 根据区域业务目标及销售门店需求,制定月度/季度培训计划,搭建符合区域市场特点的培训体系;
2. 开发、更新本竞品产品知识、销售技巧、销售流程、销售话术等课程内容,确保与公司战略及产品迭代同步;
3. 设计线上线下混合式培训方案(如课堂培训、实操演练、数字化学习平台等),提升培训覆盖效率。
二、区域培训实施与落地
1. 组织并主导区域内门店的培训活动,包括产品知识、销售流程、销售技巧、政策宣贯等;
2. 针对新车型上市、新技术应用、营销政策调整等业务节点,开展专项培训并跟进执行效果;
3. 定期走访所在区域门店,现场指导一线员工工作规范,解决实际业务中的技能短板问题,输出相应巡店报告。
三、培训效果评估与反馈
1. 制定培训考核机制(如笔试、实操、满意度调研等),追踪参训学员的技能提升与业绩改善情况;
2. 分析培训数据(如覆盖率、合格率、转化率),定期输出效果评估报告,优化后续培训策略;
3. 建立区域培训档案,动态管理区域门店及学员的培训记录,为人才发展提供数据支持。
四、培训协作与资源整合
1. 对接中台售前培训,落实全国性培训项目在区域的执行,反馈本地化需求;
2. 协同区域销售团队,识别业务痛点并提供针对性培训解决方案;
3. 整合内外部资源(如讲师、供应商、培训场地),确保培训资源的高效利用。
五、市场动态与竞争分析
1. 关注区域汽车市场趋势、竞品动态及客户需求变化,及时调整培训重点;
2. 通过培训传递品牌差异化优势,提升一线门店的竞争力。职位要求1、本科及以上学历,3年以上新能源主机厂或咨询公司培训相关实施工作经验,有头部新势力项目经验者优先;
2、熟悉汽车新能源汽车产品、技术及业务流程,具备课程开发与授课能力;
3、强目标驱动的能力;具备强沟通能力、良好的运营管理能力项目管理能力。 投递
