Job Description

售后产品运营北京全职运营 - 产品运营职位描述1. 负责产品生命周期售后服务,通过系统性诊断解决客户问题,建立客户成功服务体系,提升客户粘性;
2. 主导产品故障的排查与修复,协调研发、产品等部门完成问题处理,推动建立知识库和标准化解决方案;
3. 基于客户反馈和产品使用数据,分析系统级问题根源,输出改进建议,驱动产品迭代优化;
4. 及时响应客户的售后问题,迅速处理客户的投诉,确保客户的满意度。
5. 对产品常见故障进行排查与分析,提出产品改进方案,以提高产品的质量和可靠性。
6. 根据售后数据,进行分析和总结,提供相关报告和建议,帮助公司改进售后服务质量职位要求1. 本科及以上学历,具备优秀的客户服务意识和沟通能力。
2. 具有较强的语言表达能力,逻辑思维清晰,有良好的自驱力和上进心,抗压能力强,有较强的执行能力。
3. 责任心强,能对工作质量负责。
