职位描述：
制定并实施企业环境健康安全管理体系（EHS),统筹管理生产现场的安全风险防控、职业健康管理及环境保护工作；
负责安全事故调查分析与整改闭环管理，定期组织应急演练及隐患排查，确保零重大事故目标达成；
推动EHS法规合规性审查，建立标准化操作流程(SOP）及应急预案体系，提升全员安全意识；
协调跨部门资源推进环保项目落地（如危废处理、节能减排等），完成政府监管机构检查迎检工作；
监控安全生产指标数据，编制月度／年度安全报告，提出持续改进方案以降低运营成本；
参与新员工岗前培训及特种作业人员资质审核，构建覆盖全层级的安全文化宣教机制。
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境科学、化工类相关专业优先，持有注册安全工程师证书；
熟悉《安全生产法》《职业病防治法》等法律法规，掌握ISO14001/OHSAS18001体系标准；
具备基础数据分析能力，能运用Excel/PPT进行安全管理报表制作及可视化呈现；
拥有良好的沟通协调能力，可独立推动多部门协调。
