  【職務說明/定位】

  本職位負責通路業務人才招募專案之規劃與執行，需具備完整End-to-End招募實戰能力，而非單純行政或履歷篩選角色，將直接參與人才開發、面談評估與錄用決策建議，協助組織擴張關鍵業務人力。

  【主要工作內容】

  1、負責通路業務體系之完整招募流程

  ●需求訪談與職務分析

  ●招募策略擬定與管道規劃

  ●人才搜尋及主動開發（Cold calling）

  ●深度面談與適配度評估

  ●報到流程管理

  2、人才市場分析與管道經營

  ●建立金融業/業務人才人才庫

  ●經營Hunter、104、校園等管道

  ●規劃特定專案型招募活動

  3、招募專案參與（視資歷而定）

  ●招募流程優化

  ●雇主品牌活動規劃

  ●高潛力業務人才專案招募

  ●能獨立完成0到1招募專案
