角色与职责（Role & Responsibilities）

• 与内部跨职能团队及外部政策相关方协作，识别医保准入、定价与支付领域的关键需求；
• 持续跟踪国家与地方医保政策、DRG/DIP 支付方式改革、医疗服务收费、商业保险机会 及行业趋势，进行政策分析与趋势判断；
• 规划创新产品的物价收费、医保准入路径，制定公司层面创新准入策略；
• 将策略转化为业务案例或行动计划，推动跨部门执行，支持销售增长与市场拓展；
• 建立并维护与医保局、商业保险机构及专家的合作关系，提升公司在医保政策与定价领域的影响力。
• 为销售与市场团队提供医保政策、定价策略及支付环境相关培训，提升团队执行力。

任职资格（Qualifications）

• 至少 8 年以上 医药或医疗器械行业市场准入（MA ）或政府事务（GA ） 经验，熟悉医保定价及医保支付机制。
• 熟悉国家与地方医保政策体系、DRG/DIP 支付方式改革、招采流程及医院采购机制。
• 具备优秀的政策分析能力、跨部门沟通能力及项目管理统筹和领导能力。
• 医学、药学、公共卫生、经济学等相关专业背景优先；MBA 学位优先。
