Job Description

售后质量经理广州全职职位描述1. 深入理解售后质量管控流程,建立并优化无人车运营质量管理体系
2. 快速响应售后质量问题,调动OEM及4S店资源,保障运营效率,建立问题解析与定位能力
3.对运营端售后质量问题收集并进行统计分析,识别质量风险并推动风险解除与问题闭环
4. 批量/召回风险研判及处理,重大问题升级应急响应等
5. 针对重点问题组织复盘活动,推动内外部质量优化职位要求1. 车辆工程相关背景,有网约车或无人出租车售后质量管理经验者优先
2. 深入理解并使用质量工具,例如8D,FMEA,FTA,etc;
3. 具有较强的自我驱动能力和工作积极性,能够承受一定工作压力
4. 英语听说能力;
5. 来自于自动驾驶车辆运营公司或者OEM。 投递
