【工作內容】
1.分析客戶交易與投資部位，執行投資風險監控，辨識異常狀況與潛在風險
2.執行私銀業務風險會議運作，包含跨部門議題彙整、會議文件準備及會後行動項目追蹤
3.檢視既有作業流程，負責私銀風險控管規範之規劃與制定
4.推動業務風險管理機制落實，規畫並執行教育訓練，提升業務團隊風險意識
5.參與並推動跨部門專案（如 CRM 系統建置、私銀風險控管流程精進等）
【資格要求】
1.國內外大學（含）以上學歷
2.具 5 年以上金融業或銀行相關實務經驗
3.具備資料分析能力，熟悉 MS Office、Excel 等工具應用
4.具客戶投資風險監控或風險管理相關經驗，曾參與或主導風險控管流程建置者尤佳
5.良好邏輯思維與溝通協調能力，能進行跨單位合作，具專案規劃與管理經驗者尤佳
