负责辽宁北部服务商渠道的销售管理工作,覆盖区域包括沈阳、锦州、葫芦岛、朝阳、阜新、铁岭、本溪、抚顺, 主要工作职责如下:
1,销售目标管理:制定渠道销售策略和计划,确保完成或超额完成公司设定的销售目标。
2,渠道拓展与维护:与服务商伙伴一起扩大销售渠道的覆盖范围。同时,对现有渠道进行维护,确保生意的健康、持续发展。
3,销售团队管理:组建和管理渠道销售团队,制定销售计划并监控执行情况。
4,数据分析与报告:定期对渠道销售数据进行整理和分析。根据数据分析结果,调整销售策略和计划。
5,促销活动执行:策划和执行渠道促销活动,提高产品知名度和市场占有率。与市场部门协作,确保促销活动的有效性和影响力。
6,品牌推广。在区域内与服务商伙伴共同提升品牌在区域市场的影响力。
- 本科及以上学历;
- 三年以上快消品或眼视光学行业销售工作经验;
- 能落实执行各类市客户门店活动,完成销售指标;
- 具备熟练细致的收集、统计和分析数据能力;
- 较强的领悟力,良好的团队协作精神,能承受工作压力;
- 具有优秀的沟通技巧和人际交往能力。
