商务拓展经理(北京)北京全职智能制造 / 工业互联网 / 工业自动化 - 销售职位描述1. 业务拓展:负责公司级大客户的业务承接和拓展,确保业务目标的达成。
2. 客户关系:与公司级大客户建立联系,深入了解客户需求,及时响应客户,协调公司内部资源,提供优质的产品解决方案,提升客户满意度与忠诚度,建立长期合作关系。
3. 项目推进:主导潜在业务机会布局和明确需求的招投标等商务活动,负责从线索到收入的全流程跟进,把控项目关键节点,协调项目、研发、生产等部门资源,确保项目顺利推进,实现产品按时交付与服务落地。
4. 市场洞察:密切关注市场动态、竞争对手情况,收集并分析市场信息,为公司业务决策提供有力支持,助力公司及时调整市场策略,保持竞争优势。
职位要求1、工作经验:3年左右汽车行业产品/商务/研发工作经验,有智驾领域工作经验者优先。
2、技能要求:掌握基本光学/机械/电子/软件/算法知识,有优秀的材料撰写和汇报能力,熟悉主机厂工作流程,熟悉成本核算为佳。
3、素质要求:优秀的学习能力,对智驾传感器市场等新兴技术和行业趋势有浓厚兴趣并能快速学习;工作积极主动,具备强烈的责任心和自驱力,能够承受高强度工作压力;优秀的沟通协调能力,对外有效链接客户组织,洞察客户需求,对内整合公司资源,推动共赢合作。
4、学历背景:本科及以上学历,汽车工程、机械、自动化、电子电气、人工智能等相关专业优先。 投递
