1. 负责前厅部及其所属部门的运行工作；
2. 监督所有前厅区域: 包括前台,礼宾部，行政楼层, 客户服务中心, 宾客服务以及商务中心等；
3. 与收入分析经理一起控制待用房间，房间类型，确认房间数量与房价类别；
4. 在维持高标准服务水平前提下尽量提高客房出租率、客房收益、平均房价；
5. 上岗前查看当日贵宾、常规客人、洲际酒店集团优先顾客、长住客人、团队客人以及特别要求，并通知有关部门；
6. 与客房部协调以确保房间形象和“待用房”政策得到保持；
7. 确保前厅部员工高效、快速、礼貌地处理客人登记；
8. 清楚明确地建立信用政策和程序；
9. 与财务部门建立紧密联系，确保信用政策正确合适地执行；
10. 负责管理洲际优越会会员计划；
11. 建立系统监督以便达到部门的目标；
12. 负责部门战略规划与发展；
13. 负责部门运作规划与报告以确保提高強项、克服弱点，从而寻找更大的机会；
14. 建立顾客反馈系统，定期向上级汇报；
15. 监管部门的培训体系；
16. 负责向客人提供高质量的服务；
17. 协助人力资源部完成部门团队成员的招聘。
