  • 購買ガバナンス、リスク管理、コンプライアンスフレームワークに関する深い知識
  • 契約法および情報セキュリティに関する 高度な理解
  • 分析力および 問題解決能力
  • 高いコミュニケーション能力とステークホルダーマネジメント力
  • 担当範囲を超えて、課題解決や改善を推進する主体的な協働姿勢
  • 明確に定義された役割以上に、組織に価値をもたらすための自律的な行動力
  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル、 英語：ビジネスレベル（TOEIC 800点以上）
  • 複数の業務を同時に管理し、オペレーション改善を推進できる能力

  • 生命保険（特に生保）ビジネスの理解
  • 情報セキュリティおよびサイバーセキュリティの知識
