1.本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验，具备成熟游戏产品生态统筹经验；
2.熟悉媒体平台内容及热点与流量机制，有网感，有账号孵化经验者优先；
3.热爱游戏，对PC游戏有较深理解，对刷子类游戏/SOC类游戏有深度经验者优先；
4.抗压能力强，有多线程任务处理能力，具备主人翁意识；
5.逻辑性较好，沟通与表达能力较好。
