Job Description

售后服务管理北京校招正式服务类2026届春季校招计划职位描述岗位描述:
1、内部协调公司各个部门,外部协调公司与客户和外包商之间的关系;
2、客户关系维护:运营商及销售渠道客户日常业务对接,对客户的问题进行推动处理;
3、政策落地:负责各产品(手机、家电、生态链)售后服务业务落地效果信息收集、整理、反馈与解决进度追踪;
4、协调、组织、分析、改进和跟进客户满意度调查,协助制定客户回访计划和客户关怀政策;
5、跟踪、监测和分析项目服务质量,进行总结和汇报,并根据情况调整质量控制措施和指标。职位要求任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历;
2、良好的沟通协调能力,有良好的自驱力和抗压性;
3、英语可作为工作语言优先;
4、熟练使用office办公软件,良好的数据敏感性;
5、思维灵活敏捷,学习能力强,分析能力强,执行能力强;
6、有良好的服务意识,愿意从事售后服务工作。 投递
