Job Description

職務詳細:
- マルチチャネル(営業職員、代理店、金融機関)における個別事案の事故調査方針の立案・主導・実施
- 事故関係者(募集者、管理者、保険関係者等)への直接調査(対面による現地調査)及び間接調査(所属長等への確認指示)の実施
- 担当事案及び発生事案における事故発生原因の分析
- 財務局及び金融庁への届出書の作成及び報告
- 事故審査会等への付議・運営及び処分(案)の作成等
- 事故事案おいて必要に応じて警察及び弁護士と連携を図り、業界他社との共同調査を実施
- 部門に関する資料作成(日英)および経営、リージョナルオフィスへの報告業務
- 調査事案の進捗管理マネジメント
- 調査業務、処分業務の業務プロセス改善
販売部、お客様サービス部、リスク管理部門、システム部門等との連携や協力体制の構築

経験(以下のいずれかの要件を満たし、コンプライアンスに関する意識が高い方):
- 保険業務に幅広い知識を有する方。(法務・コンプライアンス部門経験者は尚可)
- アドバイザリーファーム等での不正調査業務経験者。(金融業界に関する不正調査経験があれば尚可)
- 英語による資料の作成、経営層等への業務報告等

スキルおよび能力:
- 情報分析力、論理的思考力及び文書作成能力(英語尚可)
- 面談調査スキル及び対人対応力
- 事故及び不正行為を是正し、発生防止を指導することができる強い正義感と倫理観
- ビジネス英語
- パソコン・スキル(ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント)
- 公認不正検査士(CFE)取得者、コンプライアンス・オフィサー取得者は尚可
