1.掌握業務通路數位工具，藉使用者訪談挖掘操作斷點並進行系統優化建議，確保工具符合使用者體驗。
2.分析業務通路數位指標發展狀況，擬定推動策略，以達成年度目標。
3.研究國內外主要同業數位發展趨勢，評估數位工具導入可行性。
